Since then, George and his partners have reduced new leader failure rates from 40% to 10% through a single-minded focus on helping them and teams deliver better results faster over their first 100-days. A graduate of Harvard and Wharton (MBA), George is co-author of five books on boarding, a weekly column on Forbes.com, and five musical plays (book, lyrics and music).
